What is your returns policy?
We want you to to completely happy with your new shirt, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date provided the shirt is returned in as new condition unworn or stained etc.
If there is a problem with your shirt on arrival please email info@artisopus.co.uk and we will try to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Do you sponsor bands?
Not yet! but this is something we'd be interested in doing in the future, please email info@artisopus.co.uk to chat about this further!
How secure is your store?
This store uses PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Can I change or cancel my order?
If the shirt/s haven't been disbatched yet then we'd be happy to change or cancel your order. Hurry though! because most orders go out same day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How much does it cost for post and packaging?
We have a very simple fixed system for postage. You will not be charged extra for additional items.
Within the UK is £1.50.
Within Europe is £3.00.

Why was I charged customs fees at delivery?
These fees are being charged by your government, not Magnum Opus. We have no control over custom fee or additional fees the may be incurred during International deleveries.
